Summary
A University of Leeds (UK) and IIM-A alumni with over 24 years of corporate experience of handling and managing HR portfolio in organizations - small (1000 employees) to large company (over36000 employees) in manufacturing and process organizations; fromthe traditional economy sector as well as IT and Services from the Knowledge sectors of business. I have successfully established at least three organizations in IT/ITES sector from level zero.
Also experienced work in Australia, UK and former CIS on project assignments. Formulated corporate HR strategy, established HR department for multi-location organizations, managed employees spread over 52 branches, steered right-sizing efforts in large organization, teaching resource for corporate management college, planned and implemented institution building initiatives at the three new organizations; designed and implemented several OD interventions in last two decades. Competency mapping and performance management system designed and managed in IT/ITES as well as manufacturing businesses.
