To Hell With Training
It is fashionable and cliché to say that ‘HR is our biggest asset’. The current slowdown in economy calls the hoax. The first thing companies are trying to do is throw people out, treat those who remain with suspect and contempt, send the golden ‘employee development and engagement’ cliché to the wind.
